I’ve been obsessed with Osea Malibu’s non-toxic, cruelty-free, organic skincare products for at least five years now. This family run business has been ahead of the curve in this industry since the early 90’s! They source pure, organic ingredients from the sea to enhance and protect your natural beauty. Osea Malibu’s vegan skincare products do cost more than drugstore brands, but that’s because they’re vastly superior in quality.

Bhava is known for their extremely high quality vegan shoes, made with a focus on sustainability and ethical manufacturing. The shoes are designed in New York, where the Bhava team tests out every style on the busy streets of Manhattan. They are then manufactured by skilled artisans in Mumbai or Spain, using eco-friendly materials like organic cotton and vegan eco-suede. I’m obsessed with their full lines of boots and booties; I own the Aspen Hikers and highly recommend them!

Votch, the watch company with vegan leather bands, was created when founder Laura contracted a skin disease that inspired her never to wear the skin of another animal again. Votch’s kindness to animals extends to its program of giving back; 10% of all sales are donated to rotating animal rescue organizations. This season, their featured beneficiary is Hopefield Animal Sanctuary a group that rescues and rehabilitated injured and orphaned wild animals. Votch’s collection boasts a wide range of band and face colors and materials; you’re sure to find the right combination for the timepiece lover on your list!

Angela Roi has been a favorite of vegan bloggers for years, and for good reason! Not only are their vegan bags exceptionally well made, but they also donate to numerous animal rescue and advocacy organizations! After years of positive coverage from high fashion magazines and publications like Vogue, Marie Claire, WhoWhatWear, Glamour and (much) more, Angela Roi has proven how easy it is to blend style with ethics.

I know it seems a little sexist to include a blender in the women’s section, but I’m a woman and I cannot live without my Vitamix, so here it is! I use my Vitamix at least once a week to make a rich, creamy cashew sauce (for mac ‘n cheese, creamy soups, etc.), I don’t know what I’d do without it! Click here for a collection of my favorite vegan recipes you can make with the help of the Vitamix!
Other blenders *can* handle some of these tasks, but if you want to throw in a handful of nuts without worrying about breaking your blades or motors, you need something high powered. I also love that the motor is so strong, it can actually heat (not just warm, but heat) soups and sauces by blending them on high!
Shop high powered Vitamix blenders at Amazon or Vitamix. Prices are usually comparable on both sites, but be sure to check each of them for potential holiday discounts. Current prices (excluding lower priced refurbished models) range from $329.95 to $649.95.
I spent years searching for a cruelty-free scent that didn’t make me smell like a dirty hippie. I mean, I love hippies, I just don’t necessarily want to smell like one. If those more earthy, woodsy scents are your style, you can pick them up in any health foods store. However, if you’re looking for a more elegant, modern scene, look no further than Olivine Atelier! I’ve purchased their “Amongst The Waves” scent ($80) at least five times now (one bottle lasts forever!), and I don’t anticipate ever changing. If you think your gift recipient would rather sample a variety of scents, the Eau de Perfume Sample Set ($30) might be best.
Tentree is one of those rare, exceptional brands that cares about animals and the environment! They use almost zero animal products (with the exception of some wool); even their leather-looking patches are made from sustainable cork! Using materials like organic cotton and recycled polyester, Tentree offers eco-friendly apparel that doesn’t break the bank. On top of all that, as their name suggests, they plant ten trees for every item purchased! This system has allowed them to plant more than 50 million trees since their launch. It doesn’t get much better than that!

Trust me. Every woman (okay, every human) you know wants another pair of slippers. Doesn’t matter if they already have some, they need more. I’ve written a whole blog post about vegan slippers, so feel free to shop from there! My personal favorites (pictured above) are the Birdies (starting at $120; easy payment plans available) (not a fully vegan brand, double check materials!), the Pawj slippers ($79.97; use code THETREEKISSER for 10% off!), and the Pottery Barn slippers ($29.50).

Cocokind offers a very affordable line of clean, non-toxic, cruelty-free self care products that are sure to help your loved ones indulge, relax, and feel refreshed! Almost everything is vegan, with the exception of a few products that contain beeswax. The founder launched Cocokind after struggling with adult acne, saying, “I wanted to create a more transparent, affordable brand that wasn’t playing off the terrible emotion of desperation.” Most popular products include the Oat to Milk Cleanser ($18), the Resurfacing Sleep Mask ($22), and the Celery Skincare Duo ($32).
